Home Genius Exteriors in Hyattsville, MD is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert to close in-home roof, siding, windows projects. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

This role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a hybrid work schedule with strong earning potential, plus benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
