Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven, in-home sales closer to meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver presentations, and close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows, doors, and related upgrades.

You will earn six-figure incomes with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with 30–90 minute drive times from home.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
