Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule infusion and outpatient services, including Imaging and related departments.
• Provide coverage for Registration and Ward Clerk duties as needed.
• Answer phones and manage messages; prescreen for coverage and medical necessity.
• Obtain insurance info, pre-certifications, and verify data on registrations.
• Process patient arrivals, orders, and notices; assist with billing hygiene and privacy practices.
