Qualifications

• Must meet and interact with individuals from varying backgrounds in a courteous manner.
• Set up, organize, and maintain record systems.
• Customer Service, multi-tasking, computer and typing skills, and use of office automation software.
• Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in stressful situations.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for outpatient services, including surgery, infusion, labs, and diagnostic procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support Infusion training as required.
