Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. in Fresno is seeking a Patient Scheduler to coordinate infusion appointments, align patient visits with MD/NP schedules, and minimize wait times by communicating clearly with patients and care teams.

You will manage infusion cycles in OncoEMR, complete necessary paperwork, notify patients of changes, and support front desk and nursing staff. This is a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift with a wage range of $23.00–$28.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in medical scheduling preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedules all infusion cycles and related injections in OncoEMR after authorizations
• Coordinates infusions with MD/NP visits
• Ensures paperwork for chemotherapy scheduling is completed daily
• Reviews daily schedule to ensure treatment and follow-up appointments are set
• Communicates scheduling changes to patients and care teams
