Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Patient Scheduler to coordinate and schedule clinical staff for patient visits, coordinating with nursing, pharmacy, and warehousing to ensure timely patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in scheduling or fast-paced office settings, with strong communication skills and familiarity with basic MS Word/Excel. Work shifts are Sunday to Thursday, with a pay range according to state transparency laws.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences (phone, email, reports).
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documents, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinical staff to visit patients and coordinate with pharmacy, nursing, and warehouse.
• Interpret physician orders and schedule according to orders.
• Monitor staffing and run required reports in platforms.
