Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• WA State RN license (MSL) or eligible for MSL transfer within 60 days of hire.
• Current BLS for Health Provider required; renewal every two years.
• ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients and plan care accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on disease, treatment side effects, and symptom management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Refer patients to appropriate clinical resources as needed and implement plans of care.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
