Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments—pharmacy, administration, and sales—in Georgia.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and clinical implementation of therapies, coordinating with owners and the corporate office as needed. The role requires GA-licensed pharmacist with strong leadership, customer service, and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong communication with staff, referrals, physicians, and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding to run a profitable operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Maintain pharmacy facilities and organization.
• Liaise between board/management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees.
• Uphold regulatory mandates for care provision.
• Lead and implement company policies and protocols in service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning to increase revenue and care quality.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding quality.
• Oversee chart/lab result reviews, order evaluation, and device selection.
• Monitor patient progress and share clinical information with the care team.
• Supervise staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Train and onboard new employees; support performance improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
