Job summary

KOB Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of all departments including pharmacy, admin, and sales, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with policies.

The role requires leadership, financial oversight, and collaboration with owners and corporate office on performance improvement, therapies, and clinical implementation of infusion services. Candidates should have B.S or PharmD, GA license, strong customer service, and infusion/sterile

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in good standing.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians and patients.
• Strong business and financial understanding for profitability.
• Experience with sterile compounding and infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff across pharmacy, admin, and sales.
• Maintain regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral sources.
• Train and onboard staff; participate in on-call rotation.
