Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments within the company, including pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to policies. The Manager collaborates with owners and the corporate office on finances, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies.

The ideal candidate holds a GA Board–approved B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding to operate a profitable pharmacy.
• Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain organization of the pharmacy facilities.
• Liaise between Board of Management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees.
• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate results to physicians and care teams.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
