The role includes monitoring finances, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies, liaising with owners and corporate office as needed. Responsibilities cover strategic planning to increase revenue, maintaining sterility and quality of compounded preparations, and leading

Qualifications

B.S. or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
Strong interactive skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.

Responsibilities

Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
Acts as a liaison between the Board of Managements and staff.
Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
Upholds regulatory mandates on the provision of health care by professionals.
Resolves questions, problems, and issues for departments and staff.
Implements and upholds company policies, procedures, and protocols in serving consumers.
Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
