Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suites, ensuring safety under a physician’s plan. The role involves training other nurses, real-time documentation, and multidisciplinary communication.

Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR, and 1–2 years infusion experience; BSN preferred. Travel up to 100% may be required as you support patients across locations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Ability to operate a vehicle for travel to patient sites.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care and education.
• Obtains and clarifies physician orders and reports changes to the physician.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
