Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II who coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or an alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care.

This role requires independent assessment, careful documentation, and timely communication with the clinical team. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with CPR certification and 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status during visits.
• Obtains physician orders and communicates changes to the physician.
• Provides training and mentorship to other nurses as needed.
• Documents care in real-time and facilitates discharge planning.
