Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care.

Responsibilities include initiating treatment plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring timely documentation. Travel up to 100% may be required; RN licensure and CPR are required, with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts plan based on status and orders.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Completes documentation in real-time for billing and compliance.
