Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in patients' homes or infusion suites. The role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Travel up to 100% may be required. You will document care in real time, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and agency policies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion setting under physician plan of care.
• Assesses patient needs, administers treatments and medications, and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real time and communicates with the clinical team for continuity of care.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
