Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, under a physician's plan of care. The role emphasizes patient safety, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with travel up to 100% required; BSN preferred, and infusions experience welcomed.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Required licensure to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and provides direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients/families.
• Modifies plan of care in response to patient status or physician orders.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs discharge planning and prepares summaries for transitions of care.
• Supervises and mentors other nurses as assigned.
