Job summary

The role requires an active RN license, minimum 1 year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 100% as needed; you will train and mentor Infusion Nurse I, document care in real time, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates nursing care plans for home and infusion suite visits.
• Administers medications and provides patient and family education.
• Coordinates discharge planning and documents care progress to physicians.
