Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, current CPR certification, and competency in infusion nursing. Travel may be required, and the team supports ongoing professional development and compliance with HIPAA and billing timelines.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Demonstrated competency in patient care standards for infusion nursing.
• BSN preferred; 1–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plans of care.
• Organizes direct patient care in home or infusion suite.
• Modifies plan of treatment per patient status and physician orders.
• Educates patients and families; coordinates discharge planning.
• Documents in real time for billing and compliance.
