Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity under a physician’s plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience, with travel up to 100% of the time. Benefits include 401k, flexible pay options, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Assesses patient needs during visits and adjusts treatment per physician orders.
• Provides education to patients and families to enable independence with prescribed therapy.
