Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. The role operates under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care per a physician’s plan.

The position requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. The role involves traveling to patient locations and adhering to HIPAA regulations while supporting a multidisciplinary care team.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status during visits and documents progress.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Educates patients and families to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Communicates with clinical teams, physicians, and families to coordinate care.
• Prepares discharge plans and summaries with clear patient instructions.
