Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician plan of care. You will initiate care, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and strong infusion nursing skills. Travel up to 100% may be required, with supervision duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care in home or infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
