Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate home-based nursing care under a physician's plan of care.

The role requires a licensed RN with strong infusion skills, documentation discipline, and the ability to educate patients and families. Responsibilities include direct patient care in homes or infusion suites, collaboration with clinicians, and ensuring safety and continuity of care while adhering to policy, HIPAA, and billing timelines.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing experience minimum.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Infusion nursing experience and competency.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit; updates physician orders as required.
• Provides supervision and mentorship to less experienced nurses as needed.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with the clinical team and caregivers.
