Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites. You will implement plans of care, educate patients and families, and ensure timely documentation for billing and care continuity.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong computer skills. Travel up to 100% may be required, with supervision by a nurse manager and adherence to HIPAA and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use nursing tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plans of care in home or infusion suite.
• Educates patients and families; documents care in real time for billing and continuity.
• Assists with discharge planning and coordinates with clinical team.
