Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Licensure to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and evaluates progress.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care in home or infusion suite, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to patient status and physician orders.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety.
• Communicates with the clinical team to facilitate continuity of care and prepares discharge summaries when transferring care.
