The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1 year of nursing experience, with infusion nursing preferred. Travel to patient homes is common, and the team focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs on each visit and coordinates plan updates with physicians.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical teams and documents patient care in real time.
