Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care. You will work under supervision and ensure patient safety and continuity of care while documenting in real time.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Travel may be required, with responsibilities including education and discharge planning, and

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each skilled visit and updates physician orders as needed.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety.
