Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to a physician plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Travel may be required to patient homes or care sites.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and caregivers.
• Assesses patient status during visits and documents care in real-time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares summaries for ongoing care.
• Demonstrates compliance with policies, privacy, and safety standards.
• Provides supervision to other nurses and mentors staff as assigned.
