Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate care in the home or infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. You will work under structured supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Active RN license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience are required. The role offers travel as needed and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and documents changes.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Conducts discharge planning and prepares summaries with instructions.
