Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under supervision. You will implement nursing plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to support independence with prescribed therapy.

The role requires an active RN license and 1+ year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Provides direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and caregivers.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
• Effectively communicates with clinical team, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Provides oversight and mentoring in absence of supervisor.
