Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care and supervision. You will implement treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Provides training/mentorship to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
• Maintains real-time clinical documentation for billing and care continuity.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress to the care team.
