Qualifikationen

• Healthcare experience required
• Experience reading medical charts and insurance pre-authorizations preferred
• Experience with insurance terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process and authorizations
• Provide financial counseling and benefit investigation
• Liaise with referring providers and communicate patient status
• Explain referral process and status to patients clearly
• Openly communicate with referring and prescribing providers
• Support inventory and office supply management
• Complete a dedicated 6-week training plan
