Local Infusion seeks an Insurance & Intake Coordinator—an Infusion Guide—to raise the bar in infusion care. This full-time, on-site role at our Concord, NH center runs Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm, with salary starting at $25/hr plus a quarterly bonus and full benefits.

You will handle referrals, authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigations, and communicate with patients and providers in a customer-centered way; a 6-week training plan supports your success.

Qualificações

• Health care experience required.
• Prior authorization experience preferred.
• Medical terminology familiarity is required.
• Experience with EHR systems is expected.
• Ability to learn new apps quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process including authorizations.
• Liaise with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation.
• Communicate referral status to patients in a customer-centric way.
• Coordinate with prescribing providers and maintain inventory.
• Participate in a 6-week training plan to ensure success.
