Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an Insurance & Intake Coordinator—an "Infusion Guide"—to support referrals and intake coordination, with strong patient and physician service. This full-time on-site role is based at our Warrensville Heights, OH center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 4:30 p.m., with a starting $25/hour and a quarterly bonus plus full benefits. The Infusion Guide will secure authorizations, provide financial counseling, coordinate with referring providers, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Health care experience required.
• Prior authorization experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new apps quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle referral processes and obtain authorizations.
• Provide financial counseling and benefit investigation.
• Liaise with providers and communicate status to patients.
• Maintain inventory and office supplies.
• Participate in a structured training plan.
