Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an Insurance & Intake Coordinator, an “Infusion Guide,” to support growth via referral coordination, intake processing, and top-tier patient and physician service. This full-time on-site role in Concord, NH offers predictable hours (M-F, 9:00am–5:30pm) and a starting wage of $25/hr, plus a quarterly bonus and full benefits.

You will handle authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigations, and liaison with referring providers to gather treatment documentation

Qualifications

• Candidate must have healthcare experience and familiarity with insurance processes.
• Experience with infusion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient medical terminology and ability to read charts.
• Experience using EHR systems is required.
• Strong communication with patients and providers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage infusion referral workflow and obtain authorizations.
• Coordinate intake and communicate with referring providers and patients.
• Provide clear information on referral status and treatment plans.
