Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and payers.
• Drive referrals for chronic and IVIG infusion therapies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
• Represent the organization at meetings and events.
• Track activity, performance, and expenses in CRM systems.
