Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking an experienced Specialty Infusion Manager to drive referral growth and expand market share in the Northern New Jersey region.

You will develop relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and healthcare partners to generate referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG treatments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in home infusion required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
• Drive territory growth and revenue performance, achieving net revenue and profit goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region
• Participate in sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans
• Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation including call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates
• Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies
