You will educate patients and families, supervise support staff, and ensure compliance with charting, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Current Iowa license as a registered nurse.
• BSN degree preferred.
• 3–5 years RN experience preferred in the area of practice.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Administers nursing care and plans care with physician.
• Educates patients and families on health problems and treatment.
• Supervises licensed staff and care team.
• Uses electronic health records to document and communicate patient information.
• Maintains patient safety and quality of care.
