Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse from the State of Iowa.
• Ability to work full time night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care to patients in coordination with the physician.
• Provides patient and family education and counseling.
• Supervises health care team members with patients.
• Maintains patient care documentation and uses computer systems to enter and retrieve information.
• Operates equipment such as IV pumps and monitoring devices.
• Rotates shifts, weekends, and holidays.
