MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA, seeks a dedicated registered nurse for full-time day shift coverage. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a program in professional nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
- Previous acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including varying start/end times.
- Proficient computer skills.
Responsabilités
- Assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, social and education needs.
- Evaluates and documents patient/family responses to nursing interventions with the interdisciplin ary team.
- Directs patient care activities using clinical/critical thinking.
- Attends departmental/organizational meetings and trainings.
- Maintains certification/licensure and adheres to professional standards.
