Qualificações

• Current state RN license in Iowa or compact state

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Responsabilidades

• Administers nursing care to patients and coordinates with the physician
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers on health concerns and care plans
• Supervises licensed practical nurses and patient care technicians
• Uses electronic systems to document and communicate patient information
• Maintains documentation standards and patient records
• Works independently within Nursing Practice Act and Mercy policies
• Maintains and uses medical equipment safely and effectively
• Initiates emergency response when needed
