Vivo Infusion in Aurora, CO seeks a Clinical Service Specialist to support infusion center operations, scheduling, and benefits verification. You will ensure smooth patient flow, assist staff, and coordinate with medical providers in a HIPAA-compliant office setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with insurance authorizations and benefits verifications is a plus.
• CPR/BLS certification is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations: phones, greeting patients, payments, mailing, deliveries.
• Review cancellations, reschedule, and remind patients of appointments.
• Handle invoices, verify accuracy, and route to Accounts Payable.
• Schedule follow-up infusions with care navigator teams.
• Coordinate with providers for medical records while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain systems, produce reports, and assist inventory management.
• Foster collaboration with staff, providers, and external partners.
• May travel to other Vivo clinics for admin support.
