Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations of the infusion center, including answering calls, greeting patients, payments, deliveries, and mail handling.
• Reschedules treatments and communicates changes to staff; reminds patients of appointments.
• Receives deliveries, reviews invoices, and forwards for payment authorization.
• Schedules follow-up infusions with the Patient Care Navigator team.
• Files medical records with HIPAA compliance and coordinates with referring providers.
• Maintains information systems, prepares reports, and supports clinic management.
• Assists with inventory management in coordination with the Clinical Operations Manager.
• Builds positive relationships with staff, providers, and external agencies.
• May travel to other Vivo clinics to provide administrative support.
