Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Care Coordinator (Patient Ambassador) to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Norcross, GA. Join us in delivering seamless patient care and coordinating nursing schedules with a dedicated team.

The Patient Ambassador will manage data entry, referrals, and scheduling activities, ensuring accurate patient information, payment coordination, and strong customer service. This is a 100% onsite role with no remote options.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules and data entry in a clinical or home infusion setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and external partner interaction.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work on-site with a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Receive medication referrals and collect insurance information.
• Data entry into the clinical management system for billing and scheduling.
• Coordinate and plan nursing department scheduling and care coordination.
• Make outbound calls to patients and providers to obtain needed information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as main point of contact for referral activity and payor communications.
• Support timely medication dispensing and patient experience.
