Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Care Coordinator (Patient Ambassador) to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Norcross, GA. The role focuses on data entry for billing, coordinating nursing schedules, and inter-agency care coordination to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include handling referrals, communicating with patients and prescribers, and maintaining efficient scheduling while promoting superior customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of clinical information into the management system for billing.
• Coordinate scheduling activities for the nursing department.
• Inter-agency care coordination and referrals.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide information to patients.
• Serve as a single point of contact for referral activity and external partners.
• Ensure accurate notification of financial responsibility and payor requirements.
