Soleo Health is seeking an in-office Patient Ambassador to support our Tempe infusion pharmacy and patients. The role requires data entry, scheduling coordination for the nursing team, and proactive communication with patients, prescribers, and referral sources.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, excellence in customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a clinical setting on-site. Prior healthcare scheduling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of clinical information into the management system for billing.
• Coordinate scheduling for the nursing department and care teams.
• Contact referral sources, patients, and prescribers for benefits and approvals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain timely communications.
