Soleo Health in Dublin, OH is seeking a Full-time Infusion Patient Care Coordinator to support our specialty pharmacy and nursing teams. You will enter clinical data, coordinate scheduling, and manage referrals to ensure timely, accurate care.

This onsite role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking to support patient experiences and billing. Prior healthcare scheduling and home infusion experience are preferred, with strong teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive medication referrals and collect insurance information.
• Proficient data entry and generating daily office communications.
• Contact referral sources, patients, or prescribers’ offices for information for verification of benefits or prior approvals.
• Place outbound calls to patients or doctor’s offices to notify them of care status.
• Collaborate with prescribers to facilitate payor denial appeals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the nursing department and scheduling.
