Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Patient Care Coordinator to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Boise, ID. This on-site role focuses on data entry, scheduling, and coordinating patient care across nursing staff to ensure timely and accurate infusion services.

Responsibilities include handling referrals, verification of benefits, and outbound patient communications while delivering exceptional patient experiences in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical data into the management system to support billing and scheduling for nursing staff.
• Respond to incoming calls and coordinate referrals and payor verification.
• Coordinate and plan scheduling activities for the nursing department with accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as main point of contact for referral activity with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure clear communication of care plans and next steps.
