Job summary

S Soleo Health in Tempe, AZ is seeking an in-office Patient Ambassador to support our infusion pharmacy and patients, coordinating scheduling and data entry for billing and care coordination. The role emphasizes face-to-face patient interaction and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure timely care.

You will handle referrals, verify benefits, communicate with prescribers, and maintain high-quality patient experiences in a 100% onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• On-site work interacting directly with patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of clinical information into the clinical management system for billing and scheduling the nursing department tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling activities for the nursing department and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Contact referral sources, patients, or prescribers to obtain information required for verification of benefits or approvals.
• Make outbound calls to patients or clinician offices to update on care status.
• Serve as a main point of contact for referral activity across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
