Job summary

KabaFusion, a leading home infusion provider in the United States, seeks a Specialty Infusion Manager in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role drives Chronic and IVIG referrals within a defined territory, collaborating across pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to deliver exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate has proven business development and customer service experience, with knowledge of reimbursement policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; infusion health care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or related field

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources to generate Chronic and IVIG referrals
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve net revenue and profit goals by expanding market share and securing new opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and presentations to support business development
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions with sales leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation including call and expense reports
• Develop knowledge of disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies
• Assist in training staff on customer service best practices and continuous improvement
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
