Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Senior Account Manager for Infusion Delivery Solutions to build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in acute hospitals and IDNs. The role focuses on expanding profitability by selling IV solutions, infusion pumps, and related products across the Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware regions.

The ideal candidate will have a biomedical sales background, expert consultative selling skills, and the ability to travel frequently to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related healthcare industry experience; medical device sales preferred.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation, communication, and sales planning skills.
• Proven consultative selling experience with questioning, listening, handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quota for Fresenius Kabi Infusion Delivery product line: IV Solutions, infusion pumps, dedicated and nondedicated IV sets, accessories and safety software.
• Demonstrate clinical and financial ROI to economic buyers and high-level contacts.
• Develop a comprehensive territory business plan with strategies to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Plan, prospect, prioritize, monitor, and forecast sales opportunities.
• Travel outside own territory to support corporate objectives and develop strategic hospital relationships.
